How long are sessions?
Sessions depend on what package you have booked. Light package usually does not last more than an hour. Happy Medium package does not exceed over an hour and half. Ultra package does not exceed over two hours.
Why did I get charged extra $35?
The extra $35 you have been charged is the booking fee, which is included in the total price of booking. The booking fee reserves your booking spot to make sure no one else books over top of you.
How do I cancel a session?
Please message your photographer and explain the reason for cancelling, rescheduling will be the next option.
How to download images from my gallery?
There will be a small “download all” button at the top of each gallery page. This will also ask for “Web Resolution or Original Resolution.” Use ‘Web Res’ for uploading to social media platforms. Use ‘Original Res’ for printing purposes - this helps hold on to the quality of the image when printing.
Can photographer print images for me?
Prints are unavailable as of right now. Please do not use CVS or Walmart printing, unless you are wanting a duller quality of prints. Recommendations for professional printing labs consist of MPix - budget friendly & fast shipping; Millers Printing- color correction & affordable prices
Do I have to pay extra for extra images in the gallery?
No. The extra images found in galleries are a special gift for you and your family from the photographer, this happens when the session is over the top good and photographer wants you to enjoy every best image in the session. :)
Why haven’t I received my gallery yet?
Turnaround times consist of 2 weeks for standard packages, if photographer is not too busy you could land lucky and get the gallery within a couple of days. Turnaround times for weddings consist of 8 to 10 weeks depending on how busy the photographer is. Previews will be posted within 5 days prior to date of session.
